Fries came in and explained everything that was not done properly and exactly what was needed to get us hooked up; very knowledgeable. I called out of the blue as I’m sure most people do complaining “ it’s hot and my ac isn’t turning on” when I turned my central air on for the first time this year. He got me scheduled quickly. Worked around my busy work schedule, was friendly with my dog and got the problem taken care of. Very knowledgeable. And fair priced. They arrived within two hours when my furnace stopped working and quickly got everything running again. Their pricing was great, and they were completely honest throughout the process and communicated very well. The guys did a great job installing.my central air.  Such wonderful , professional, reasonable and caring people. They even came back to repair my gasline on my new stove and dryer.  I even sold my old refrigerator and stove to someone on Facebook and she had planned to hook up the gas herself. I recommended them to her and they even took the time to hook up the stove. I just recommended them to someone at work.
